The Polish Sejm will hold its first session on November 13th. According to President Duda’s nominee for Senior Marshal, Marek Sawicki, the new speaker could convene a session of the lower house of parliament after a week and order a vote of constructive no-confidence in Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. According to experts, this is an unconstitutional action.
