The Polish Defense Minister declared that 80,000 composite helmets would be supplied to members of the Territorial Defense Force (WOT) and operational forces of Poland.
Minister of National Defence announced the purchase of the equipment on Twitter on Wednesday (March 8) noting that the deliveries will commence this year.
Helmets made out of high-performance aramid fibres provide a great balance between performance and weight. Not only do they protect against shrapnel, but they also offer high protection against bullets.
