Karol Nawrocki and his predecessor Andrzej Duda took part in the Three Seas Initiative Summit and the Three Seas Initiative Business Forum. During this time, their spouses had a separate program. They spent it meeting with other first ladies. Marta Nawrocka and Agata Kornhauser-Duda toured Dubrovnik.

The Three Seas Initiative was established in 2015 by the then presidents of Poland and Croatia, Andrzej Duda and Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović. Since then, the organization has brought together more than a dozen countries, whose leaders meet each year at summits hosted by one of the member states.
This year, Croatia hosted the event, inviting delegations to Dubrovnik. The Three Seas Initiative Summit was accompanied by the Three Seas Initiative Business Forum, attended by former Polish president Andrzej Duda together with Karol Nawrocki.
At the same time, the spouses of the attending presidents followed a separate program. Among them were the current First Lady Marta Nawrocka and her predecessor Agata Kornhauser-Duda.
In addition to attending an official dinner, the ladies were offered a guided tour of the city.
“The program included a visit to the 15th-century Pile Gate, above which stands a statue of St. Blaise – the patron saint of Dubrovnik. The spouses of the participants of the Three Seas Initiative Summit also visited the 14th-century Franciscan Monastery, which houses ‘Male braće’ – one of the oldest continuously operating pharmacies in Europe, dating back to 1317. Dubrovnik is the most visited city in Croatia by tourists. The Old Town has been entirely inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List,” reads the website of the Chancellery of the President.
