President Nawrocki visits another country

On Wednesday, President Karol Nawrocki began his visit to Bratislava, where he is scheduled to meet with Slovak President Peter Pellegrini and Prime Minister Robert Fico. The talks between the presidents of both countries will focus on the economy and security, said Marcin Przydacz, head of the Bureau of International Policy (BPM).

Among the economic issues to be discussed by Nawrocki and Pellegrini are matters concerning energy and road infrastructure, Marcin Przydacz reported.

President Nawrocki in Slovakia

The visit began with the official welcome of Nawrocki by the President of Slovakia. The agenda includes one-on-one talks between the two leaders, a plenary meeting of the delegations, and a joint press conference for the media. At noon, an official breakfast with the participation of the presidents of Poland and Slovakia is planned.

During his visit, Nawrocki is also scheduled to meet at Bratislava Castle with the Speaker of the Slovak Parliament, the National Council, Richard Raši, as well as with Prime Minister Robert Fico.

The visit will conclude with a wreath-laying ceremony by both presidents at the Gate of Freedom monument in the Bratislava district of Devín.
