The 2024/2025 academic year officially began with President Andrzej Duda addressing the Military University of Technology. During his speech, he emphasized the importance of preparing future military officers for critical positions in the Polish Armed Forces. Adaptation to Uncertain Times
President Duda highlighted the challenges faced by technical universities in today’s unpredictable world. He pointed out that the traditional methods of education are no longer sufficient, urging universities to move beyond established patterns and adopt a more flexible, forward-thinking approach. In particular, students, especially cadets, need to develop the ability to independently acquire, filter, and analyze information to make well-informed decisions.
The President expressed his hope that the research, projects, and innovations undertaken at the academy will play a significant role in modernizing Poland’s military. He praised the institution’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, encouraging further growth in innovative teaching methods and international collaboration.
