Russia has issued a complaint against Germany’s investigation into the blowing up of the Nord Stream gas pipeline in September 2022. According to the Kremlin, Berlin is not fulfilling its obligations under UN anti-terrorist conventions. Moscow made the move almost in response to German media revelations claiming that Polish authorities collaborated with Kyiv in the Baltic sabotage plot.
