    The Black Week Shopping Habits of Polish Consumers Revealed

    As the Black Week shopping frenzy unfolds, a recent SW Research study commissioned by Allegro sheds light on the purchasing habits of Polish consumers. Over 77% eagerly await the festival to snag specific products at discounts of up to -50%, with more than half admitting to regularly taking advantage of promotions. Allegro, in response to customer expectations, extends its shopping extravaganza to a record 25 days, concluding on November 30.


    The study underscores the appeal of Black Week deals, with 65% of Poles praising the pricing attractiveness during the festival compared to the rest of the year. A staggering 94% have successfully secured satisfying discounts during this time. Remarkably, 77% deliberately postpone purchases, strategically waiting for November promotions. Planning plays a crucial role, as 66% meticulously plan their Black Week acquisitions, while 34% embrace spontaneous shopping.

    Fashion (48%) and electronics (45%) dominate consumer interests, with beauty (20%) securing the third spot. For many, Black Week is an opportune time to buy holiday gifts, allowing a quarter to save significantly without compromising quality.

    Allegro’s Black Weeks, starting from November 13, offer customers up to 50% off on thousands of unique deals. Special offers can be explored at Allegro Black Friday.

    Utilizing the Allegro app brings additional benefits, such as a 10 zł coupon upon installation and an extra 10 zł for the first purchase through the app. During the festival, spending a minimum of 500 zł on “Black Weeks” labeled products earns customers up to 30 Monets. Allegro Smart users, exclusively through the app, enjoy daily Shaker offers, with one daily deal priced at just 1 zł, discounted by at least 50%.
