The victory of life over death, of light over darkness, of hope over despair. Not symbolic. Real,” wrote Tom Rose, the United States Ambassador to Poland, on X.
Easter wishes for Poles from the U.S. Ambassador
The American diplomat noted in his post that Easter is “the holiest moment in the Christian faith – the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”
“Easter is the ever-living reminder that sacrifice is never the end of the Christian story. Suffering is never the final word. That through faith, redemption is possible – and life prevails, on earth and in the hereafter,” he emphasized.
He also added that “Poland understands this. A nation shaped by faith, by sacrifice, and by the unshakable belief that even in the darkest moments, God is present.”
“Together with President Donald Trump, may your Christian homes be filled with faith, family, and the true joy of Easter and the promise it sustains,” he concluded.
