Violent knife attack at Kadzidło County Schools leaves two seriously injured. Perpetrator apprehended after police pursuit.
In a shocking incident at Kadzidło County Schools near Ostrołęka, an 18-year-old student attacked two of his peers with a knife, as reported by Commissioner Tomasz Żerański on TVP Info. The assailant, also a student at the school, wounded two individuals severely, with injuries to the chest and throat. A third person sustained superficial injuries. The victims have been rushed to the hospital, and their condition is reported as very serious.
Commissioner Żerański stated on TVP Info that law enforcement successfully apprehended the suspected perpetrator after a pursuit. Following the school attack report, off-duty police officers also mobilized for intervention. Residents had earlier received a cautionary notice from authorities to exercise caution. Currently, the entire town experiences significant traffic disruptions.
The assault occurred around noon, prompting an ongoing response from emergency services. The school premises are cordoned off by police vehicles, with even parents not allowed entry.
