“We must resist this, and that is why we must unite.” PiS President on the Resolutions of the Political Council

The plan to create a centralized state for Poland boils down to the complete subordination of our country to Brussels. In this case, Brussels is also referred to as Berlin. What could not be achieved in the past through military methods is now intended to be accomplished through other means. We must resist this, and that is why we must unite. This is currently the most important matter for us, said Jarosław Kaczyński, the leader of the PiS party, after the conclusion of the Political Council’s deliberations.

On Saturday, the Political Council convened at the PiS headquarters. After the deliberations, the party leader, Jarosław Kaczyński, addressed the gathering.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, it was a rich Political Council. Various contents, and resolutions. Of course, the most important of them is the resolution that allows us to unite with the party led by MEP Adam Bielan. This unity is part of consolidating right-wing and patriotic forces. These forces must now resist an obvious attack on Polish democracy, which is currently taking place,” said the politician.

He added that this concerns both media pluralism and many other initiatives announced by our opponents, such as the elimination of various institutions that play a significant role in controlling power and influencing all that is pathological in social life.

“Here, the CBA (Central Anti-Corruption Bureau – ed.) is a good example, but there is also talk of such an important institution as the IPN (Institute of National Remembrance – ed). This, in turn, is a historical memory, especially the memory of the German occupation and communism. There is also a series of actions of a somewhat different nature that shows that this team has no intention of adhering to any rules that usually operate in a democracy. Like those dismissals carried out sometimes in a very impolite and brutal manner, such as concerning the ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the EU or in the Prime Minister’s Office, where 35 directors were dismissed, and it goes down to the lower levels, i.e., towards people who held lower positions. Such actions are taking place in various places. It also involves appointing to government positions individuals who obviously do not respect the constitution, such as regarding issues of freedom and respect for religion. After all, this is included in the Constitution. They do not hide their morbid aversion to Catholicism. Examples like these can be given more,” continued Kaczyński.

    Investigative committees

The PiS President stated, “the statement by Deputy Szczerba, who said that investigative committees should be launched when the current ruling option takes over public media, is very characteristic. This means that many Polish citizens will not have access to any objective reports on the work of these committees, which will objectively report a great embarrassment for those who are in power today.”

“Their scope of action does not concern any crimes, only actions taken legally, and sometimes even on the basis of a certain constitutional obligation, such as holding elections within the appropriate timeframe,” he recalled.

The PiS President also emphasized that “all of this contributes to a disastrous image, and that everything in the EU is happening in the background – this plan to create a centralized state, which in the case of Poland boils down to the complete subordination of our country to Brussels.”

“In this case, Brussels is also referred to as Berlin. What could not be achieved in the past through military methods is now intended to be accomplished through other means. We must resist this, and that is why we must unite. This is currently the most important matter for us,” Kaczyński pointed out.
