Artistic, dance, theatrical, historical, weaving, calligraphy, and photography workshops, multimedia exhibitions, various themed activities, film screenings, theatrical performances, educational games and animations, concerts – these are just some of the offerings prepared for the winter holidays by museum and artistic institutions led and co-led by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. From January 15 to February 25, over 80 institutions will be implementing a special program for children and youth. Toruń Cultural Center
As the winter break approaches, Toruń Cultural Center is gearing up to offer an array of exciting activities for children and youth. From film screenings to digital photography and film workshops, the center is set to be a hub of creativity and learning. Film Screenings and Workshops for Kids and Teens
Kino Centrum, within the Cultural Center, will be hosting film screenings tailored for children and youth, particularly organized groups. The repertoire includes both specialized screenings and mainstream releases. Additionally, the center will conduct workshops on digital photography and filmmaking, providing an opportunity for young enthusiasts to explore the art of visual storytelling. Educational Workshops – “DYPLOMOWANE”
The Education Department is proud to present “DYPLOMOWANE,” a series of workshops aimed at children aged 14 to 18. Taking place from February 19 to 23, 2024, participants will draw inspiration from selected works featured in the DYPLOM`23 exhibition. Collaborating with the Faculty of Fine Arts at UMK and the Education Department at CSW, the workshops will delve into the secrets of painting, graphics, graphic design, and the conservation and restoration of artworks.
Center for Literature – “Ferie z Kaligrafią” (Calligraphy Workshops)
For those with an interest in the art of calligraphy, the Center for Literature is offering “Ferie z Kaligrafią” workshops for children and youth aged 12 to 18. Each session will introduce participants to a different writing style, exploring various tools such as sticks, nibs, Pilot Parallel Pens, and different writing surfaces and inks.
