Holidays are slowly coming to an end. For the students of the Academy of Patriotism, the “Summer School” was one of their last events. Its classes were held in Krakow on August 20-22. During “Summer School” there were lectures, classes, and discussions, the leitmotifs of which were the media and the activities of non-governmental organizations.
Krakow’s “Summer School” is the third of six planned conventions of the Academy of Patriotism. The project is aimed at pupils and students. It was based on four thematic blocks: economy, politics, history, and media. It aims to prepare and educate young people interested in taking up the social activity.
The organizer of the Academy is Foundation “Centrum” of Władysław Grabski, while strategic partner is KGHM Polska Miedź company. Participation in it is completely free, and several dozen people from all over the country take part in it. The next convention is scheduled for September 11 this year.
