Orlen Paralympic Run 2021 is addressed to everyone – able-bodied as well as disabled people; amateurs and professionals. We want to show that it is possible to achieve the set goal regardless of the degree of disability and sports level. The run is supposed to bring people together. Just like our Paralympic champions, we want to show that the impossible does not exist. The run will take place over two distances: 1 km and 5 km. We do not award places in categories, there is no podium – everyone who runs one of the distances is a winner. Participation in the event is free.
The planned number of participants in the event is 500 people. Each of them will receive a starter pack consisting of a T-shirt, a medal, and gifts from our sponsors/partners. After the end of the run, we draw so-called lucky numbers. Drawn participants of the race receive one of the prizes from the partners and sponsors of the Polish Paralympic Committee.
We plan to start enrollment on September 17. The run will take place on 10 October.
