    Traditional Warsaw Tripe

Warsaw tripe is a traditional dish of the Masovian Region. And it’s the same as with the liver. Some love it, others hate it.

Flaki po warszawsku (Warsaw tripe) is one of the most popular dishes of the Masovian Voivodeship and the capital city Warsaw itself.

It is a traditional meat dish in the form of a thick soup. Its name derives from one of its main ingredients – thin and cleaned strips of beef tripe.

Warsaw tripe is served with meatballs and we are preparing a recipe for it ?
