Robert Lewandowski could end up at Manchester City in the summer according to the player’s agent Pini Zahavi. There have been recent rumours that the Pole is not happy with his situation at Bayern Munich.
German media have recently reported on Robert Lewandowski’s frustration. The Polish footballer has a contract with Bayern Munich valid until 2023, but he may leave the club after the next season. The striker’s agent Pini Zahavi has told ‘Bild’ that a transfer of Lewandowski to Manchester City next summer is possible.
Rumours of Lewandowski being unhappy with his current situation at Bayern have not been confirmed in any way. Probably, Zahavi is behind the news, trying to strengthen ‘Lewy’s’ position ahead of contract extension talks in Bavaria.
Bayern – either way – will soon have to decide whether to tie themselves down to the 33-year-old Pole for the long term or try to contract Erling Haaland. The Norwegian, who is hot stuff at Borussia Dortmund.
“I still want to get better and improve my skills, and my disposition is due to many things. I’m always hungry for success,” stated Lewandowski.
