    Go4Poland – 6th edition has ended

33 internships, over 20 partners, 7 days of workshops, 9 mentors, nearly 100 new winners – this is the shortest summary of the currently ending 6th edition of the “Go4Poland – Wybierz Polskę!” (Go4Poland – Chose Poland!) program addressed by the WSE Foundation to the most talented Poles studying abroad.

As part of the Go4Poland Program, companies and partner institutions present their offer to Polish students studying at renowned foreign universities. A wide range of internships, experienced mentors and unique knowledge shared during the Go4Poland Summer School are to realize the main objective of the program – to encourage young people to develop their careers in Poland.

“The economy is transforming towards a networked economy. I am convinced that among those students who participate in the Go4Poland Program are the future leaders who will be able to build a very strong network around them. It is on these exceptional people, the super talents, that the success of any economy depends,” says Dr Marek Dietl, President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE).

“The application for the program is simple and quick. Once we are verified as laureates, we have access to a very large internship offer in many different fields. It’s not just those in finance who will find something for themselves. I had an internship at the WSE, it was a great opportunity for me to learn new things and gain experience,” sums up Kacper Makowski, winner of the program.

This year’s edition of the program was financially supported by the Ministry of Education and Science as part of the Social Responsibility of Science program.

The organizers managed to invite over 20 partners to the 6th edition of the program.  The honorary patron of the 6th edition of “Go4Poland – Wybierz Polskę!” was the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
