    15 projects will receive funding from the Science for Society program

    15 projects submitted by 13 entities will receive funding under the Science for Society program. The total amount of funds allocated for this purpose will amount to PLN 10.7 million, the Ministry of Education and Science announced on Friday.

    The “Science for Society” program was announced in July this year. Its purpose is to support entities of the higher education and science system as well as other organizational units acting for the dissemination of science in the implementation of projects aimed at building cooperation between scientific entities and entities of the socio-economic sphere.

    As MES informed on Friday, 15 projects submitted by 13 entities will receive funding under the program. The total amount of funds allocated for this purpose will be PLN 10.7 million.

    Among the beneficiaries of the program, there were, among others Foundation of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, the Polish Historical Society or the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

    Program participants who meet certain requirements will receive PLN 100,000 to 2 million in funding.
