After being missing for several weeks, 35-year-old Izabela has been found in the town of Bolesławiec, located in the Lower Silesia region. The woman, who had been missing since August 9th, was discovered when she knocked on the door of acquaintances, who then alerted the authorities by calling 112.
According to Ewa Węglarowicz-Makowska, a spokesperson for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra, police officers and emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene to assess her condition. Although Izabela was found to be exhausted and hungry, her life is not in danger.
Details about Izabela’s whereabouts and activities during her disappearance remain unclear. It has been reported that she does not wish to disclose her current location or maintain contact with her family.
The circumstances of her disappearance have raised numerous questions, which authorities hope to clarify soon. A formal interview with Izabela, scheduled for tomorrow, will be crucial in determining what transpired during the period she was missing. Depending on her testimony, the ongoing investigation may either be concluded or require further action.
Izabela vanished on August 9th while driving along the A4 highway from Bolesławiec to Wrocław, where she was supposed to pick up her father from the hospital. She last contacted him to report car trouble, but after that, all communication was lost. Her car, with her mobile phone inside, was later found at the 78th kilometer of the highway, leaving her fate a mystery until now.
The case continues to develop, with further details expected following her interview with investigators.
