On Monday BIO PLANET, a company distributing certified organic food of the highest quality from Poland and several dozen countries of all continents will debut on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has been listed on the NewConnect market since 2015.
In the public offer one of the shareholders of the company, Organic Farma Zdrowia S.A., offered up to 702,000 existing shares and the company offered up to 200,000 new issue D series shares. The final number of shares subscribed for by the investors was 350,879, including 200,000 new issue D series shares and 150,879 sold shares. As part of the public subscription of D series shares in the tranche of small investors 103 investors were allocated shares of the new issue, and in the tranche of large investors – one.
The value of the public offer amounted to PLN 9.8 million, out of which the company raised PLN 5.6 million through the issue of series D shares.
Since 2006 BIO PLANET has been confectioning (packaging) and distributing certified organic food. The company’s offer includes about 7,000 products that meet the needs of a constantly growing number of consumers interested in organic food. The company supplies both goods under its brand “Bio Planet” (about 600 selected organic products, including 300 from the category – fresh organic fruit and vegetables and other, recognised producers of organic food.
