Anna Kiełbasińska won the 400m run at the first event of the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold series in Karlsruhe, Germany. The Pole’s time of 51.92 is the best result in the world this year.
Anna Kiełbasińska has made an excellent start to the 2022 season. The time achieved in Karlsruhe is her personal best and a confirmation of the very hard work done at the camp in South Africa.
51.92 is the third-best score in the history of Polish athletics in the women’s 400m indoor run. In her first start, Kiełbasińska also fulfilled the minimum for the World Indoor Championships in Belgrade (18-20 March).
