Putin sends troops to Ukraine. Morawiecki: This is an act of aggression against Ukraine! He has to face sanction

“It is an act of aggression against Ukraine that must be met with an unequivocal response & immediate sanctions. It is the only language Putin understands. I call for an urgent meeting of the European Council to discuss this matter”, wrote Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in response to the speech and actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the separatist so-called People’s Republics in Donbas. Earlier, in his speech, he had attacked Ukraine and the Western countries. Poland has also been discussed.

Mateusz Morawiecki has already reacted to Putin’s actions.

“Recognition of two self-proclaimed ‘republics’ amounts to a rejection of dialogue and blatant violation of international law. It is an act of aggression against Ukraine that must be met with an unequivocal response & immediate sanctions. It is the only language Putin understands. I call for an urgent meeting of European Council to discuss this matter,” – wrote the Polish Prime Minister on social media.
