Russian occupants hit a Romanian ship in the Black Sea. Romania is a NATO member.
Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense reports on Twitter that a Romanian-flagged tanker was hit by a Russian ship off of Pivdennyi.

There are reports on social media that in Sumy, Ukraine, Russians attacked a kindergarten that was being used as a bomb shelter. Several people were killed and seriously injured, including children. In the unedited photo from several official Ukrainian sources, we can see, at least, two dead persons prostrated on the ground.

It is reported that the ship is not Romanian, but Moldovan.
A fire broke out on board the ship, the rescue equipment and lifeboats were destroyed and the ship’s crew left the ship in only life jackets. The vessel’s crew are citizens of the Russian Federation.
