They want their voices heard – and that’s where the National Stary Theatre in Cracow comes into play. This Friday (April 8) three short films will be screened in the New Scene in the Theatre building: “The Scent of a Field” (17’, dir. Andriana Jarmonova), “Charity” (15’, Anastasia Lukova) and “Public Housing” (18’, Waleria Storczak). All the films have been made in 2021.

The show will be preceded by a lecture by Olena Szaparenko, a director, actress and professor at the Kyiv University of Theatre, Cinema and Television. During the event, there will also be fundraising for the University and its students. For those who want to donate beforehand, there are details on the Stary Theatre’s website.
