Excellent performance of Polish teams in a standing pneumatic rifle (VI category) at the World Shooting Para Sport World Cup in Châteauroux in France! Barbara Moskal won a gold medal at the competition for the second time. Katarzyna Orzechowska took third place.
The mixed air rifle visually-impaired prone title belongs to the representative of Poland Barbara Moskal. She set a new world record on day three of the World Shooting Para Sport World Cup in Châteauroux.
Moskal scored 247.8 to defeat Ager Solabarrieta Txakrtegi of Spain in the final round of shooting. Her opponent finished with 243.2.
Barbara Moskal was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at six months old. She is deaf and has no vision in her left eye and limited vision in her right eye.
