In the Diamond League meeting in Paris Wojciech Nowicki and Malwina Kopron won the hammer throw competition, Paweł Fajdek was second and in the 400 m run Natalia Kaczmarek and Anna Kiełbasińska.
It was a great performance of Polish athletes in Paris. Wojciech Nowicki won the hammer throw competition with a result of 81.25 m and set a Diamond League record. Paweł Fajdek threw 80.11m and took second place. Frenchman Quentin Bigot was third with 78.12m.

Among women, the best was Malwina Kopron, who sent the hammer at a distance of 71.33 m. Romanian Bianca Florentina Ghelber was second with 71.15 m and French Rose Loga was third with 69.02 m.
Three Polish athletes took part in the 400 metres run. Natalia Kaczmarek was second with 50.24. Anna Kiełbasińska, who improved her personal record to 50.28, was third.
