Supreme Court about the National Chamber of Judiciary

The Supreme Court today delivered a judgement that the National Chamber of Judiciary is not impartial and independent, and that the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court is not a court. In response, the spokesperson of the National Council of the Judiciary stated that this judgment of the Supreme Court has no consequences for the functioning of either the National Court Register or the Disciplinary Chamber.
