A shocking video of a Russian soldier brutally torturing and then castrating a Ukrainian prisoner of war with a box knife has appeared online. Vitaly Valerievich Aroshinov was identified in a video showing him torturing a captured Ukrainian soldier. Vitaly was shown using a box cutter to castrate the soldier. It is very likely the Ukrainian prisoner of war was executed sometime thereafter.
