The United States will provide another 2.2 billion dollars for long-term defence investments for Ukraine and 18 of its neighbours under the Foreign Military Financing program, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced on a visit to Kyiv. In addition, Ukraine will receive supplies of military equipment worth 675 million dollars. This news coincided with the successes of the Ukrainian army, which is starting to regain the initiative in the war with Russia.
