MEP Tarczyński about the EU: We do have honour, that they do not have [VIDEO]

During the meeting on October 9 in Rzeszów, MEP Dominik Tarczyński was asked about the reaction he had received from the European Union. As the young man pointed out “France and Germany think it is their Europe.” Tarczynski explained the EU’s approach and concluded that “what we have is dignity, honour and history. They don’t have it. We have Poland.”

“What kind of reaction have you received from the European Union (…) Let’s be honest, France and Germany think it is their Europe. They like telling everybody what to do but they do not listen,” a young man asked MEP Dominik Tarczyński.

“They are furious about Poland. They are furious about Hungary. They are not happy about Sweden obviously. They are not happy about Italy. They are not happy about Spain now. They are not happy about the whole change in Europe. So obviously they are angry. They are unhappy. They want to punish us,” he started.

Tarczyński also referred to the situation in Poland which has a ‘thousand-year history.’ He listed the significant moments in Polish history while pinpointing that the EU’s blackmailing is ‘a joke.’

In the end, he said something crucial. Something that presents the Polish mentality.

“They think that they can blackmail us. I mean, Poland with a thousand-year history, with our kings, communism, and the second World War. With the partitions, with 123 years of no existence on the map. And they think they can blackmail us with their money? It’s a joke. We do have dignity. We do have honour, that they do not have. They only have euros. We don’t care about euros. We need it like a tool, but it’s not our goal. That’s not the core of our life. What we have is dignity, honour and history. They don’t have it. We have Poland,” he stated.
