    Volleyball Women’s World Champs: The line-up of the Polish team!

    Coach Stefano Lavarini has confirmed the line-up for the FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Championship 2022, hosted by Poland and the Netherlands. The women’s volleyball world championships will be held in our country for the first time in history.

     

    The line-up of the Polish women’s national team for the FIVB World Championships 2022:

    • Aleksandra Szczygłowska,
    • Klaudia Alagierska-Szczepaniak,

    • Kamila Witkowska,
    • Monika Fedusio,
    • Zuzanna Górecka,
    • Olivia Różański,
    • Weronika Szlągowska,

     

    The Polish national team will compete in Group B, where they will face Croatia, Dominican Republic, South Korea, Thailand, and Turkey. The White-Reds will open their struggle in the championship in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with a match against Croatia. (pzps.pl)

     

    The four best teams from each group will advance to the second phase. In the next round, the national teams are again combined into groups, this time of eight teams. The winners of the ‘Polish’ group B together with the winners of group C (USA, Serbia, Germany, Bulgaria, Canada, Kazakhstan) will form group F, which will play in Łódź. After further matches, the best four from Group E (a combination of Groups A and D) and Group F will advance to phase three. (pzps.pl)
