On vacation by plane! A promotional campaign has started

Convincing Poles to choose an aircraft for this year’s vacation, pointing to its epidemic safety and the use of EU COVID certificates by passengers – these are the goals of the information campaign launched today by the Civil Aviation Office.

On Tuesday, at Warsaw Chopin Airport, the head of the Civil Aviation Authority, Piotr Samson, and representatives of the aviation sector launched a nationwide information campaign entitled “Take a break! Fly healthy on vacation.” As they said, its aim was to encourage Poles to choose air transport during this year’s holidays.

“The idea of this campaign is to convince or confirm to Poles that flying is really safe. During the pandemic, aviation was one of the industries that suffered the most in terms of revenues. Now we are recovering from the worst moment, and we are facing the holiday season when Poles traditionally use the plane to go on vacation. And we, as the Civil Aviation Office, want to say that flying is safe, above all safe from the covid point of view,” said Samson.

The information campaign is planned for the holiday season of 2021, and its activities will include outdoor activities, campaigns on the Internet and in social media.
