Nawrocki’s Battle for Poland: Rejecting Tusk’s Dangerous Pacts to Defend Sovereignty

As Poland heads toward a crucial presidential election, concerns are mounting about the direction the country has taken under Donald Tusk’s leadership. At a recent public gathering in Sierpc, conservative politician Nawrocki highlighted three major agreements that he believes are undermining Poland’s sovereignty, economy, and security.

The Pact with Putin: A Costly Mistake

Nawrocki pointed to what he calls the “pact with Putin,” signed during Tusk’s first term as prime minister (2007-2014). He argued that “this pact, through the influence of Poland’s western neighbours and the misguided policies of the European Union, led to the war in Ukraine and emboldened the Russian beast, the post-Soviet Russian Federation.” In his view, Poland’s weak stance in the past continues to have devastating consequences for Eastern Europe today.

The Green Deal: A Threat to Polish Farmers

The second critical issue is Poland’s commitment to the EU’s Green Deal, which Nawrocki strongly opposes, calling it “Zielonym Złem” (Green Evil). He warns that this climate agreement is wreaking havoc on Polish agriculture and will result in the decline of the farming sector. “The outcome will be the consumption of lower-quality food from South America,” he cautioned, stressing that Poland’s farmers and food security are at risk due to unfair international agreements.

Migration Pact: A Fight for Sovereignty

When it comes to migration, Nawrocki was adamant: “The migration pact must be unilaterally terminated, and after winning the presidential elections, I will take this on with full determination.” He insists that while Poland should welcome those who contribute positively to its economy and society, it cannot afford to comply with Brussels-imposed quotas that force the country to accept unwanted migrants at its own expense.

The Choice for Poland’s Future

With the presidential election set for May 18, Nawrocki’s stance is crystal clear—Poland must reject these damaging agreements before it is too late. “No to the Green Deal, no to the EU-Mercosur agreement, no to the climate pact, which is green terror,” he declared, calling on conservative voters to rally against policies that he believes threaten Poland’s future.
