On February 11, 2025, President of Poland Andrzej Duda delivered a keynote speech at the Future of Mobility roundtable during the World Governments Summit in Dubai. In his address, he highlighted the crucial role of mobility in economic, social, and technological progress. Emphasizing Poland’s rapid development, he showcased the country’s achievements in infrastructure, including over 2,000 kilometers of new expressways, the expansion of the Port of Gdańsk, and the Central Communication Port—one of Europe’s most ambitious transport projects. These efforts position Poland as a leader in European mobility and a prime destination for investment.
Poland as the Heart of European Connectivity
President Duda also underlined Poland’s strategic location at the crossroads of Europe, making it a vital link for transport and trade. He discussed the Three Seas Initiative, which he co-founded in 2015, connecting thirteen Central and Eastern European countries through key infrastructure projects like Via Baltica and Rail Baltica. With the upcoming 10th Summit of the Three Seas Initiative in Warsaw, global interest in Poland’s economic potential is rising. “The future is called Poland,” Duda declared, inviting investors to take part in the country’s continued success.
