A meeting of the Parliamentary Team for Combating Lawlessness – Safe Poland is taking place today in the Sejm. Among the attendees is journalist Leszek Kraskowski, who is presenting findings related to the Polnord scandal and the involvement of Roman Giertych, a Member of Parliament from the Civic Coalition.
The session is being broadcast by TV Republika, among others. However, there is no coverage available on the official Sejm websites, even though parliamentary team meetings should be publicly accessible.
“The Sejm has blocked the broadcast of the official meeting of the Parliamentary Team for Combating Lawlessness regarding the Polnord scandal and MP Roman Giertych,” announced Michał Woś, an MP from the Law and Justice party, on social media.
“Censorship! Donald Tusk and Szymon Hołownia want to hide the truth about Giertych’s thieving scandal and how it was covered up!” wrote former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro.
