As part of the PGE Group’s (Polish Energy Group) program “Lasy Pełne Energii” (Forests Full of Energy), PGE allocated funds for the installation of a photovoltaic installation in the Świętokrzyski National Park.
“PGE supported the Świętokrzyski National Park with a donation for the assembly and start-up of a photovoltaic installation. Thanks to this, a comprehensive energy modernization of one of the park’s buildings will be carried out. The investment will contribute to the improvement of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources in the park,” said Wojciech Dąbrowski, president of the management board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna (Polish Energy Group).
The installation of photovoltaic panels is one of the stages of the modernization of the building of the Educational Center and the Directorate of the Świętokrzyski National Park in Bodzentyn. Thanks to the PGE Foundation’s support, a 49.14 kWp photovoltaic installation will be constructed. The implementation of this investment will also contribute to the reduction of CO2 emission by the Park administration.
