The men’s and women’s ski jumping teams of Poland settled in the Olympic Village in Zhangjiakou in the afternoon (China time). “We are happy to be all healthy and have negative tests results. That’s the most important thing”, said the head coach of the female ski jumpers, Łukasz Kruczek.
“The air travel by Air China went smoothly, the flight was long but without any obstacles. From the time we landed at the airport in the Chinese capital to the time we arrived in Zhangjiakou, it took… six hours. Out of this, two hours were devoted to health tests and baggage unloading,” the trainer added.
The ski jumpers will take their Olympic Oath on Wednesday.
