Adam Borowski, a well-known anti-communist opposition activist from the communist era and head of the Warsaw club of Gazeta Polska, will be Law and Justice’s (PiS) candidate for the position of Poland’s Ombudsman (Commissioner for Human Rights).
The announcement was made today by PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński during an interview on TV Republika.
