Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church marks 100 years of independence with Presidential honor and gratitude for its role in Poland’s history.
Minister Wojciech Kolarski represented President Andrzej Duda at the centenary celebrations of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church. The festivities took place at the Holy Mount Grabarka, a site of great significance for the Orthodox community.

In his commemorative message, President Duda extended congratulations to the clergy and faithful of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church. He expressed deep respect and recognition for their efforts in maintaining an independent ecclesiastical identity, their patriotism, and their role in strengthening ties with the reborn, independent Polish state. The President also conveyed gratitude for the diverse and heroic contributions of Orthodox believers to the defense of freedom and Poland’s development.
