Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz has been formally charged in connection with the 12th episode of the documentary series Reset. Speaking outside the prosecutor’s office, Cenckiewicz revealed: “Do you know what I’ve been charged with? For making Episode 12 of Reset with Michał, where I exposed Tusk’s defense plans—specifically, the defense line along the Vistula River.” He added that he is “particularly proud” of the charges brought against him.
The former head of Poland’s Military Historical Bureau appeared today before the Military Affairs Division of the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office. The charges relate to the 2023 declassification of part of Poland’s so-called “Warta” national defense plan. A crowd of supporters, including Karol Nawrocki, gathered outside the building.
“I’ve been charged, and I’m especially proud of it. Do you know why? Because of Episode 12 of Reset, where we revealed Tusk’s defense strategy along the Vistula,” Cenckiewicz told those assembled after his appearance.
“I regret nothing and, of course, I did not admit to any crime,” he emphasized.
He thanked the gathered supporters for their persistence and addressed his colleague, Michał Rachoń.
“If Michał isn’t here, I hope he’s listening—I want him to know how proud I am that we created this project together. Hopefully, it won’t be our last. We keep fighting for Poland. Evil never sleeps, and it will keep biting,” said Professor Cenckiewicz.
