“I support him with all my strength; he is a very good friend of mine—if I may say so, a true friend,” admitted Sławomir Cenckiewicz in an interview with Niezalezna.pl, just moments after Karol Nawrocki’s convention.
A Breakthrough for Nawrocki in the Campaign?
“I believe it was his best speech to date. One can clearly see the hard work he has put into it. It was coherent, emotionally charged, and at the same time programmatic,”
the historian assessed.
Cenckiewicz believes that the convention held in Łódź may prove to be a turning point for the candidate supported by the Law and Justice Party (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość).
“I hope that after this speech, he may have a chance not necessarily to win outright in the first round, but to come out victorious in the first round. I believe it marks yet another of the several major breakthroughs Karol Nawrocki has achieved during this campaign,”
he stated.
“I have supported Karol Nawrocki’s candidacy from the very beginning. I am a member of his support committee. I back him with all my strength; he is a very good friend of mine—if I may say so, a true friend. I hope he wins because this is a candidacy of breakthrough. It is unlike all the previous ones; it gathers all the positive experiences but also moves forward. It responds to the challenges of this difficult time in Poland and the world, a time we are all experiencing,”
added Cenckiewicz.
