“You love the West so much (Germany in particular) that you even fall in love with its political mistakes! And when you were jointly building Nord Stream with Putin, out of this supposed love for the West you fell in love with Russia – you signed an agreement with the Federal Security Service (FSB), you were cleaning the graves of Soviet occupiers in Poland”, wrote on the X platform the head of the National Security Bureau (BBN), Sławomir Cenckiewicz, summing up a post by Minister Tomasz Siemoniak.
“Poland with the West means independence, democracy, the rule of law and the free market. Our dream until 1989 and our foundation thereafter”, wrote Siemoniak, prompting a reaction from presidential minister Sławomir Cenckiewicz, who in sharp words reminded readers what the policy of the previous Civic Platform government looked like.
“Out of this supposed love for the West you fell in love with Russia – you signed an agreement with the Federal Security Service (FSB), you were cleaning the graves of Soviet occupiers in Poland, you erected a monument to the Red invader on the field of glory in Ossów, you signed a gas contract lasting into the 2030s, you left President Kaczyński in the Smolensk mud and sipped coffee in a Moscow morgue next to the victims of Smolensk…”, Cenckiewicz concluded.
