Adam Bodnar allegedly demanded a forced entry into the Supreme Court, according to the news service tvrepublika.pl. Tomasz Sakiewicz, referring to yesterday’s exchange of posts with Donald Tusk, wrote to the Prime Minister: “So, Mr. Tusk, are we orbiting now? Shocking information.”
Yesterday, the editor-in-chief of TV Republika, Tomasz Sakiewicz, called for the defense of the Supreme Court against a potential coup. In response, Prime Minister Donald Tusk referred to him as “the third Pole in space.”
“No, thank you, I might run into you there. And it’s good you weren’t counted among the other two,” Sakiewicz replied. Today, in front of the Supreme Court, clubs affiliated with Gazeta Polskademonstrated in defense of the verdict delivered by the people in the 2025 presidential election.
Meanwhile, troubling reports surfaced online, to which the head of TV Republika responded in today’s post.
“So, Mr. Tusk, are you orbiting now? Shocking information. Bodnar allegedly demanded a forced entry into the Supreme Court,” wrote Tomasz Sakiewicz, pointing to a report published by tvrepublika.pl. The Republika website, citing a post by X.com user Jack Strong, reported on the alleged plans of the Ministry of Justice.
“Yesterday, Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar, who is desperately fighting to hold onto his position, summoned one of the Deputy Prosecutors General. Behind closed doors, he reportedly gave a shocking order: prosecutors from the Department for Organized Crime were to enter the Supreme Court building and secure documents related to the presidential elections. The fate of that order is unknown. Was it refused? If anyone from the prosecution dared to carry out this “command,” it would amount to an unprecedented attack on the very foundations of the rule of law. This would not only be an abuse of power. This is the plot of a political thriller — except it’s all happening for real,” he wrote.
