The way funds from the National Recovery Plan (KPO) are being used has caused enormous public disgust, and yet… the Prime Minister’s Chancellery published a post on the matter that immediately triggered a wave of comments. And these are far from favorable for Donald Tusk and the ruling camp.
Poles are shocked by more and more reports of grants awarded under KPO funding. A number of companies have made investments with these funds that – to put it mildly – raise doubts. One pizzeria decided to apply for funding to… serve ice cream desserts, then closed its business; another company decided to buy a yacht.
This post from the Prime Minister’s Chancellery amused internet users
In this context, the post published on Saturday afternoon by Donald Tusk’s Chancellery on X.com sounds rather comical… and has sparked a series of comments.
“19.4 km of bypasses built with KPO funds!” – the Prime Minister’s Chancellery boasts proudly.
Truly an impressive success. “That’s over half of the Garwolin bypass,” reads one of the comments under the post.
“19 km!!!! A feat worthy of our times, the quintessence of your government,” adds another user.
“Do you still take people for idiots?” – says yet another comment. And there are plenty more ironic remarks…
