Empowering Women Behind the Wheel: OTOMOTO and Bardzo Dobra Robota Launch Automotive Workshops Across Poland

OTOMOTO, a leading automotive platform in Poland, has joined forces with the Bardzo Dobra Robota Foundation to launch a series of hands-on workshops aimed at empowering women in the automotive world. These workshops, set to take place in Gdańsk, Poznań, Kraków, and Warsaw, will equip women with essential car maintenance skills, from changing a tyre to jump-starting a battery, and even offer tips on effectively communicating with mechanics.

Led by industry experts Maja Tajchert and Jerzy Wilczek, the workshops are designed to break down the stereotypes that often surround automotive tasks. By providing a practical and supportive learning environment, the initiative seeks to boost participants’ confidence and independence in handling common car issues, making driving a safer and more satisfying experience.

Limited-Space Workshops Offer Women Essential Automotive Skills and Tools for Independence

Each workshop is limited to 20 participants, ensuring personalized attention as women learn to perform basic car check-ups, manage vehicle fluids, and handle roadside emergencies. Participants will also receive a starter kit containing essential tools and educational materials, to help them apply their new skills beyond the workshop.

The workshops are free, but spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have their own car to practice on during the sessions. This initiative not only supports OTOMOTO’s mission to assist drivers but also represents a significant step toward greater inclusivity in the automotive industry.
