European Commission unhappy with Poland’s investigation into Russian influence on former governments

Poland has 21 days to respond to a letter of formal notice sent by the European Commission. The letter formally opens infringement proceedings over alleged breaches of EU law. The EU’s view is that the Polish parliamentary committee on Russian influence is at odds with European values.
