EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) embarks on its fourth Volunteer Festival on November 25, 2023. This flagship CSR project seeks to enhance the lives of 1500 individuals, with a focus on fostering education and supporting the younger generation. As part of EY’s global mission to positively impact one billion lives by 2030, the festival allows GDS employees to dedicate two days biannually to volunteer initiatives.

    Inclusive Leadership and Youth Empowerment

The festival kicks off with a Diversity Leadership Workshop, conducted in collaboration with WrOpenUp, providing a platform for young talents to engage with business leaders. Additionally, doors are open to Ukrainian youth from November 28 to December 8, offering interactive workshops and a Social Innovation Relay competition to nurture innovative business ideas.

    Podcasting for Social Impact

Teaming up with Teach for Poland, EY GDS empowers the youth to create a podcast, “Conversations Without Judgment,” addressing societal issues relevant to today’s teenagers. The festival also integrates with the Goodera platform, enabling employees to volunteer locally, showcasing EY GDS’s commitment to societal responsibility and positive change.
