    Felix Auger-Aliassime Triumphs in Thrilling Basel ATP Final, Defeating Hubert Hurkacz

    Canadian player Felix Auger-Aliassime secured his victory against Hubert Hurkacz. The final was a nail-biting affair, with Auger-Aliassime emerging as the victor, clinching both sets 6:7, 6:7.

    From the start, both players showcased exceptional serving skills. Auger-Aliassime’s dominance in the first set, losing only five points, was remarkable, while Hurkacz struggled to break his serve. In the tie-break, Auger-Aliassime’s minibreak at 3:3 secured the set with a 7:6 (7-3) victory. 

    In the second set, Hurkacz faced discomfort, potentially due to a leg injury, and Auger-Aliassime’s advantage became even more pronounced.

    Despite challenges, Hurkacz pushed the set into a tie-break, earning a minibreak, but Auger-Aliassime won the tie-break 7:6 (7-5), securing both the set and the tournament victory.
