Germany Transfers Migrants to Poland Despite Border Controls. Journalist from Gazeta Polska Presents Evidence!

“The District Court in Szczecin, now. Another group of illegal migrants has been brought from Germany to Poland despite Tusk’s border controls,” wrote Tomasz Duklanowski on X, attaching a photo and a video taken inside the court building. “I saw four individuals here. I managed to speak with them briefly. They said they are citizens of Eritrea and were transferred from Germany to Poland,” he said on the air of TV Republika, representing Gazeta Polska.

A few days ago, journalists Kamil Nieradka and Tomasz Duklanowski reported that German authorities continue to hand over migrants to Poland. However, this is no longer done officially, as was the case previously before the reintroduction of controls on, among others, the Polish-German border.

“The transfer of migrants to Poland is still happening. I had been receiving unofficial information to that effect, but today I was able to confirm that the German police handed over nine migrants to the Polish Border Guard. These individuals were apprehended on Saturday in Germany,” said Duklanowski, a journalist from Gazeta Polska, at the time on TV Republika.

He added that the group included eight citizens of Eritrea and one from Kazakhstan.

The migrants were reportedly received by the Border Guard, transported to a Border Guard unit in Szczecin, and subsequently, following a court decision, were to be placed in Polish refugee centres. This information was confirmed at the time by Michał Tomala, spokesperson for the District Court in Szczecin.

Another Group of Migrants

Today, Tomasz Duklanowski once again reported a similar case on social media.

“The District Court in Szczecin, now. Another group of illegal migrants has been brought from Germany to Poland despite Tusk’s border controls,” he wrote.

He added that “more to follow soon on TV Republika.” The post included a photo and a short video showing a group of dark-skinned men accompanied by Border Guard officers.

Who Are These People?

Shortly afterwards, Kamil Nieradka, a reporter for TV Republika, spoke with Duklanowski. The conversation took place at the Szczecin court.

“Another day after the reintroduction of border controls by Donald Tusk’s government, and another group of migrants has been handed over by German authorities to the Polish Border Guard. We don’t know exactly how this process is taking place, although we sent questions to the Border Guard spokesperson last week. We haven’t received any response. However, we do know that every such transfer of migrants by the German police ends up at the District Court in Szczecin. Today, yet another group,” said Nieradka.

When asked for details about the newly revealed situation, Duklanowski said: “I saw four people here. I managed to speak with them briefly. They told me they are citizens of Eritrea and that they were transferred from Germany to Poland.”

“The Border Guard did not allow further conversation, as the individuals are currently in custody, their fate is being decided. They are at the District Court in Szczecin, where preventive measures will be applied to them. What kind of measures? We don’t yet know, because the hearing is still ongoing,” he added.

The Gazeta Polska journalist also reported that “last week, the Border Guard informed that this is exactly how they received 22 illegal migrants from the German police, who were then brought to the Szczecin court, where various measures were applied, most often placement in closed Border Guard centres.”
