    French crime musical Emilia Perez, directed by Jacques Audiard, emerged as a major winner at the 82nd Golden Globes held in Los Angeles. The film took home awards for Best Comedy or Musical and Best Non-English Language Film. Zoe Saldana, starring in the movie, won Best Supporting Actress. Additionally, the song El Mal from the film received a Golden Globe for Best Original Song.

    Best Drama and Acting Awards
    Brady Corbet’s The Brutalist was awarded Best Drama. Corbet also claimed the Best Director award for his compelling portrayal of mid-century design struggles. Adrien Brody’s lead role in the film earned him the title of Best Actor in a Drama.
