“Good Intentions Matter.” Zembaczyński Deletes His Embarrassing Post

“Allways” and “wright sight”—English-speaking readers might have struggled to understand what MP Witold Zembaczyński meant. The Nowoczesna politician attempted to support Radosław Sikorski but ended up proving that English is not his strong suit. He quickly deleted his post on platform X and replaced it with emojis.

The exchange between Poland’s Foreign Minister, Elon Musk, and Marco Rubio had already stirred intense emotions. Sikorski’s interjection in this debate was unnecessary.

His coalition colleagues rushed to his defense, among them Witold Zembaczyński. The politician, representing a party founded by the gaffe-prone Ryszard Petru, publicly demonstrated his lack of English proficiency.

His post did not go unnoticed—it was seen by nearly 1,500 users before disappearing. No surprise there—three out of five words were misspelled.

In its place, a new post appeared, consisting mostly of emojis: the Polish flag and a victory sign. Internet users advised the Collegium Humanum graduate that he could have simply written to the foreign minister in Polish.
